New USF students will need to reserve and pay for an orientation session. Click here to register for an orientation session.

Step 4: You are ready to be assigned!

Assignments for Spring 2025 will begin in November. Students will be contacted by a member of the USF Sarasota-Manatee Housing team with more information about their room assignment. Check your USF email regularly for updates.

Select My Applications
Select Application Status
Select the housing application for which you want to check your status
Select the application period for which you want to check your status

Please Note

You will not be eligible to be assigned to a room until the first three steps are completed. If you decide not to attend USF, it will be your responsibility to cancel your housing contract. Cancellation fees may apply.
